Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Digital products (such as antivirus keys and software programs) once activated by the user.
- Downloaded software products.
- Gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Return Timeline
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of receipt. Once we receive your return request, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, we will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days. However, it may take an additional 9 to 15 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method by your bank or payment provider.
Digital Products
For digital products, we do not offer returns or refunds once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been provided.

The term "you", "your", "user", and "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or has agreed to purchase from us.
AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal return policy. Under this policy:
- Returns will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, the return request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
- AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE does not accept return requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
- If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
- Approved refunds by AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE will take 9-15 days to be processed and credited to the end customer.
