Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. If your refund request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by either issuing a refund or sending a replacement.

Non-refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Digital products (such as antivirus keys and software programs) once activated by the user.
  • Downloaded software products.
  • Gift cards.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refund Timeline

We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of receipt. If your return meets all the terms and conditions, we will initiate a 100% refund within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that it may take an additional 9 to 15 days for the refund to be credited to your original payment method by your bank or payment provider.

Refunds for Digital Products

Refunds for digital products such as antivirus software and other software programs are not available once the product has been downloaded or the license key has been provided.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Additional Return Terms

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, the term "we", "us", and "our" used anywhere on this page shall mean Mr. Akash Bhausaheb Hase, whose registered/operational office is SkyWorld Computers, Backside Of Pariwar Bazaar, Lane No 1, Ganeshnagar, Tal - Sangamner, Dist - Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, 422605, India. The term "you", "your", "user", and "visitor" shall mean any natural or legal person who is visiting our website and/or has agreed to purchase from us.

AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal return policy. Under this policy:

  • Returns will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of the product. However, the return request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE does not accept return requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • If you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team, after looking into your complaint, will take an appropriate decision.
  • For complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • Approved refunds by AKASH BHAUSAHEB HASE will take 9-15 days to be processed and credited to the end customer.
